SynthiGrid provides AI-assisted customer operations software for appointment-driven organizations, including conversational agents, integrations with customer systems of record, ticketing, and related dashboards. The specific features available to you depend on your agreement with us.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when registering for a demo, early access, or a subscription, and you are responsible for activity under your account. You may use the services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

3. Customer Data

You retain all rights to the data you and your end users provide. We process it only to deliver and improve the services under your agreement with us, as described in our Privacy Policy. Conversations and CRM data are not used to train shared or public models.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the services for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' data
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the services without our written consent
  • Send spam or messages that violate messaging platform policies (including WhatsApp Business policies)

5. Intellectual Property

The services, including software, design, and content we provide, are owned by SynthiGrid Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or other intellectual property except as needed to use the services.

6. Fees

Paid services are billed as agreed in your order or subscription plan. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

7. Disclaimer

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated responses may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing configurations and workflows that act on your systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SynthiGrid Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the services.

9. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
